Newcastle United 2002/03 home jersey

Newcastle United wore this at home in 2002/03. adidas made it, NTL was on the front: black and white stripes.

NTL's last season on the shirt.

This page is the jersey, not a listing. It records who made it, who was on the front and what colour it was — the three things that place one in a season.

How to date one

Neither the print nor the colour dates this one

Every Newcastle jersey of the era was adidas, so the sponsor is the tell. Newcastle Brown Ale ended in 2000, NTL ran 2000/01 to 2002/03, and Northern Rock took over from 2003/04.

Newcastle United wore the same home — black and white stripes — in 2000/01, 2001/02 and 2002/03, all under adidas with the NTL print. Beyond that it is the neck label and the jersey's own tag that separate the seasons, and we read those before we offer you anything.

Everything here is source-verified. Where we could not confirm a detail we left it out rather than guess.

We do not have this one in hand

Put it on the Want List and it becomes something we go looking for. No fee, no bidding, no obligation — you see photos, measurements and a price before anything is charged.

Club, season and kit is enough. Sponsor or a squad number if you know it.

Early-2000s sizing runs small. Telling us the size stops us offering you a jersey that will not fit.
