Tottenham Hotspur 2003/04 away jersey
Tottenham Hotspur wore this away in 2003/04. Kappa made it, Thomson was on the front: sky blue with navy.
Glenn Hoddle went in September, David Pleat took the rest of the season, and Spurs finished 14th.
On the garment, the tell is the embroidered Spurs crest and Kappa logo, sponsor printed on. We read that, the neck label and the tag before we call one original.

The print gets you close, the colour finishes it
Maker and sponsor changed together: adidas and Holsten to the end of 2001/02, then Kappa and Thomson from 2002/03. One look tells you which half of the era you are holding.
Tottenham Hotspur wore Kappa with the Thomson print in 2002/03, 2003/04 and 2004/05. Only in 2003/04 was the away sky blue with navy, so the colour settles it. For 2003/04 the tell is the embroidered Spurs crest and Kappa logo, sponsor printed on.
The six checks we run on any jersey — the label code, the sleeve badge, the print, and what none of them prove.
What an early-2000s original costs — real asking prices, and the reproduction price an original has to clear.
