Tottenham Hotspur 2004/05 home jersey

Tottenham Hotspur wore this at home in 2004/05. Kappa made it, Thomson was on the front: white with navy trim.

Jacques Santini resigned in November after 12 games, Martin Jol replaced him, and Spurs finished 9th.

On the garment, the tell is the embroidered badge and Kappa logo on the right chest, with "SPURS" embroidered inside the back of the neck. We read that, the neck label and the tag before we call one original.

How to date one

Neither the print nor the colour dates this one

Maker and sponsor changed together: adidas and Holsten to the end of 2001/02, then Kappa and Thomson from 2002/03. One look tells you which half of the era you are holding.

Tottenham Hotspur wore the same home — white with navy trim — in 2002/03, 2003/04 and 2004/05, all under Kappa with the Thomson print. For 2004/05 the tell is the embroidered badge and Kappa logo on the right chest, with "SPURS" embroidered inside the back of the neck. Beyond that it is the neck label and the tag, which we read before offering you anything.

The six checks we run on any jersey — the label code, the sleeve badge, the print, and what none of them prove.

What an early-2000s original costs — real asking prices, and the reproduction price an original has to clear.

We do not have this one in hand

Put it on the Want List and it becomes something we go looking for. No fee, no bidding, no obligation — you see photos, measurements and a price before anything is charged.

Club, season and kit is enough. Sponsor or a squad number if you know it.

Early-2000s sizing runs small. Telling us the size stops us offering you a jersey that will not fit.
